CareerAI reads your resume. It reads what you’ve actually done — the two years you ran a team, the certification you finished last spring, the project you’re most proud of — and tells you which jobs lean on those skills and which ones need something you haven’t built yet. Then it drafts a cover letter that sounds like you, tracks what you applied to, and keeps a coach in your pocket that remembers the whole thread.

We wanted something that felt like having someone in your corner, not another form to fill out. Fast. Blunt. Specific. That’s the bar.

What we don’t do

• Post your resume to a public database so recruiters can spam you.
• Auto-apply on your behalf to roles you haven’t read.
• Sell your data, ever. Your resume is yours. We store it so the product works, not so someone else gets rich on it.
